Nordic Air designs and manufactures Special Purpose and Industrial Duty air conditioning units for use in high temperature, high particulate (dirty) and corrosive environments where reliable operation is critical.

In addition to their standard products, NordicAir has the expertise to custom design and manufacture stationary or portable units (4 - 70 ton cooling capacity) using:

Alternate materials & special coatings for corrosion resistance
Alternate condensing unit fin spacing for dirt build-up resistance
Electric heat sections
Various electrical requirements

Johnson Controls Institute Training Class Is a Great Success!

This week, Pittsburgh Air Systems hosted a Johnson Controls Factilities Explorer (FX) Controller Training Class. The participants were Building Automation Control professionals from various Mechanical Contractors, End User's and Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) Companies in the South Western PA area. The class covered programming, control and logic theory. In addition, all participants had individual lab stations to allow for plenty of hands-on lab time.

CGC Group designs and manufactures water source and geothermal Hybrid Heat Pump Systems which operate more quietly, efficiently and with greater comfort than traditional heating and cooling methods. These systems are designed to meet Green design criteria and contribute to LEED certification.

Neptronic designs and manufactures electric and gas steam humidifiers, electric heaters as well as electronic damper actuators, actuated valves and controls.
