Sales Support Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responds to and resolves customer requests including processing orders, requests for pricing, product availability, delivery, billing questions as well as returns and cancellations
  • Answers product or service inquiries and assists customers with both technical and non-technical questions
  • Enter, track and expedite customer order
  • Works with other departments within Pittsburgh Air Systems and with our Suppliers to find solutions for both internal and external customers
  • Follows established service quality standards and meets established processing times and follow-up actions in accordance with departmental standards
Key Qualifications/Skills:
  • High school diploma; Technical or College degree preferred
  • 1 Year of experience interfacing directly with customers in a professional office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to details
  • Work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with HVAC products and technical aptitude a plus
